Tampa, FL (June 1, 2018) – Quest Workspaces (“Quest”) is pleased to announce the opening of its 10th location in Tampa, Florida. As of June 1st, Quest has taken over operations of the coworking center located on the 19th and 26th floors of Rivergate Tower at 400 N Ashley Drive, Downtown Tampa. Quest will now occupy 26,505 square feet between the two floors with a total of 86 offices.
The building, recently renovated in 2017, is the only commercial property with direct access to the Riverwalk. The coworking space will provide companies with access to modern amenities that make the property even more welcoming and collaborative, such as a 6,000 square foot fitness center, lounge area, conferencing center, Café and Malio’s Steakhouse restaurant. Companies will also have access to onsite dry cleaning, car wash, and valet – amenities you would typically expect to see in a hotel rather than an office building.
