“We are building a national shared office and coworking network in urban, suburban and secondary markets, allowing us to be a strategic workplace alternative for companies that want to optimize their real estate footprint,” says John Arenas, Chairman and CEO of Serendipity Labs. “Adding Pittsburgh to Chicago, Columbus and Indianapolis builds both our regional and national network, giving members a rapidly growing number of options where they can confidently have client meetings and send employees.”

Serendipity Labs is known for staff that provides unmatched service. Thoughtfully designed communal areas encourage interaction and work stations of varying heights and styles accommodate different member needs. Abundant natural light makes the work day welcoming and inviting. Curated art shows from local artists and member-only events create an environment that is engaging and stimulating. The meeting and event space, to which members receive preferential pricing, is ideal for professional activities and offsites.

Experienced multi-unit franchise developers, Alex Perchuk, Danny Wengrod and Robert Baker, will open five Serendipity Labs in the Pittsburgh area.
