- Derren Jennings joins UK-based BE Offices from his former role at IWG plc
- In his new role as Sales Director, Jennings will actively support plans to grow and develop the BE Offices business
- BE is pursuing a three to five-year expansion plan covering all parts of the business from co-working to fully managed workspace
BE Offices (“BE”), a leading UK independent flexible space provider, has appointed industry veteran Derren Jennings to the role of Sales Director. Derren joins BE from IWG plc where he was the company’s UK Agent Director, and had been with the business for almost 12 years.
He will lead BE’s sales drive as the company looks to grow and expand its already successful flexible space operation. Not only will Derren be responsible for sales across the BE brands but will also further develop BE’s relationships with agents and brokers.
David Saul, BE’s co-founder and Managing Director, said: “We are delighted that Derren is joining the BE team at a time when we are looking to dramatically grow and develop the business.
“He brings a wealth of experience coming from the world’s largest flexible space provider and will be a key member of our senior management team. Derren will be invaluable in helping us explore new and innovative areas, enabling BE to become an even greater force in the flexible space market.”
Over the past 12 months BE has underlined its growth strategy with the launch of BESpoke, which provides a one-stop service for large corporate occupiers, provision of ground-breaking superfast 10GB internet connectivity and the acquisition of Headspace.
“We believe we are laying the foundations for an ambitious three to five-year expansion plan that will see BE grow substantially, offering a complete office solution from co-working to private office suites to fully serviced and managed workspace,” added Saul.
