WeWork To Renovate UBS Office
WeWork has signed its biggest Powered by We deal to day, according to a recent Bloomberg article. The coworking giant will re-design the UBS office. “UBS went with WeWork because the bank wanted fresh ideas for its space in Weehawken, N.J., which spans more than 100,000 square feet,” Bloomberg reported.
Knotel Expands To Madison Avenue
GlobeSt.com reported that flexible workspace provider, Knotel, is expanding to Madison Avenue. According to the article, Knotel “has signed a management deal with The Sapir Organization at 261 Madison Ave. for more than 45,000 square feet of space.”
AndCo
AndCo is a new London workspace subscription business that is hoping to bring back life to London’s independent bars. AndCo is hoping to “revitalise these unique venues – many of which sit completely empty during working hours.” The startup recently raised £800,000 in private seed funding, which will allow AndCo to further develop its technology infrastructure and also support the continued rapid growth in venues and members.
