BizSpace, UK’s largest flexible workspace provider, has opened its first business center in Wales. Russell Goodway, Cabinet Member for Investment and Development, and Mark Coleman, Business Development Officer at Cardiff Council, have opened the £6 million Trafalgar House business centre located at Fitzalan Place.
The Trafalgar House is five stories and 52,000 square feet filled with quality office space in the city’s business district.
BizSpace invested six figures into refurbishing the fourth and fifth floors of the building. A breakroom, receptionist area, fast internet, and on-site manager will accommodate the areas small businesses and startups.
“It was a pleasure to officially open the new BizSpace office in Cardiff and to welcome them to our capital city,” said Goodway. “I am pleased that the building will be used to meet the growing demand in the city for small flexible spaces and help to create and nurture the businesses of the future for Cardiff.”
