CommonGrounds coworking to open in Greenway Plaza
CommonGrounds, a San Diego-based coworking operator, has announced plans to enter in the Houston market in Greenway Plaza. The company has leased about 28,000 square feet of space that will be integrated into The Hub, a gathering and amenities area for the 11-building business campus at Richmond and Edloe near U.S. 59.
“We are very excited to join the already thriving Hub at Greenway Plaza,” CommonGrounds executive director and chief operating officer Jacob Bates said. “We look forward to working together with Parkway to bring new energy to The Hub, including events, conferences and enriching activities for the entire Greenway Plaza community.”
Greenway Plaza is the 12th location for CommonGrounds, with others being in Denver, Portland, Salt Lake City, Fort Worth, Minneapolis, Chicago, and parts of California.
