WashREIT has delved into the coworking market with its flexible space Space+.
The owner of commercial and multifamily properties opened the 22,000 square foot office on the eighth floor of Arlington Tower in Rosslyn
Space+ hopes to offer quick move-in times to accommodate companyโs who are eager to kickstart their business.
โCompanies these days are in a hurry. The pace of business continues to increase as markets and consumer demands are constantly changing,โ said Anthony Chang, Vice President of Asset Management at WashREIT. โCompanies need to adapt to these changes and their decision making about their real estate is on a compressed time frame. More traditional leasing approaches wonโt work for these companies.โ
There is no limit on leases, so companyโs can sign a short or long lease dependent upon their business needs.
The furnished office comes complete with Wi-Fi, a kitchen, and conference rooms. Companyโs can theoretically move in within 24 hours of signing their lease and can customize their preferred space within 10 days.
Space + has over 118,000 square feet of space across 32 locations in WashREITSโs portfolio.
