Major coworking competitor Spaces recently signed a big lease deal at 31 Penn Plaza in New York.
This latest lease spans about 84,000 square feet of space across three floors in the building.
Asking rents in the new location are $68 per square foot, according to Commercial Observer.
As coworking companies are racing to acquire as much space as possible, Spaces has made big waves in New York, also signing a 110,000 square foot lease in the Chrysler Building.
In 2017, the company signed a 103,000 square foot lease in Manhattan, as well as a 100,000 square foot lease in Midtown South. Now, Spaces manages well over 200,000 square feet of space in New York.
