Female-centric coworking operator The Wing and the Time’s Up movement are teaming up where the social club will serve as a hub for leaders and initiatives of Time’s Up.
“Both Time’s Up and The Wing believe that all women, across all industries and backgrounds, deserve safety, fairness, and dignity as they work and as we all shift the paradigm of workplace culture,” said The Wing cofounder and CEO Audrey Gelman.
As Time’s Up mostly operates with the aid of volunteer work and industry linking, The Wing will offer its spaces for both organizations to host events based around the movement’s efforts.
The Wing will also provide space for some of the Time’s Up initiatives, such as the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund that grants legal help for low-income victims of sexual misconduct.
