WeWork leases 85,000 square foot Denver building

WeWork has leased an 85,000 square foot building on Delgany Street in Denver’s River North Art District.

The space was formerly known as The Yard at Denargo Market, but after being sued by the coworking operator of trademark violation, it is now known as Junction 23.

WeWork now claims to be the largest private office tenants in Denver, leasing 700,000 square feet of space across the city, surpassing healthcare company DaVita. The coworking operator anticipates opening the fourth quarter of this year with 2,000 desks.
