Major office space provider IWG has started adopting the franchisor model, pioneered by fast-food company McDonald’s, in its effort to edge further away from WeWork.
Garage Society To Open Three Coworking Spaces In Gurgaon
Hong Kong-based coworking company Garage Society has announced plans to open three new locations across Gurgaon. The spaces will have 2,900 seats and now, the company’s total footprint will cover 150,000 square feet.
Garage Urban Square will be able to host 250 members, while Garage Digital Greens will host almost 800 members that will include training rooms, a daycare facility, and an executive board room. Both spaces are expected to be 100% occupied upon opening.
“With several new locations in the pipeline and four new workspaces ready to open the doors, our focus is now to work with key clients across verticals,” said Elaine Tsung, founder & CEO of Garage Society. “A number of MNCs have indicated strong interest in shifting their workforce to our modern workspace and that they are excited about the potential to scale with our brand throughout the country.
