Hospitality giant OYO has continued to make a name for itself thanks to its major expansion after a $1 billion funding round in 2018. Now, the company has launched a new coworking brand, Powerstation.
Powerstation has opened its first 500-seat location in Gurugram, India that offers a workspace for medium to large businesses, startups, and freelancers. The company hopes to expand even further into Bengaluru, Mumbai and Hyderabad this year.
OYO is aiming to launch a total of three brands in the coworking industry, including Powerstation and Workflo for its mid-sized businesses, and the recently acquired Innov8 for its premium clients.
