Major retail owners Macerich has announced it will open a second location in partnership with coworking provider Industrious at the Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek, California. Itโs first office space within a retail property opened early this year at Scottsdale Fashion Square.

The new workspace will take up 36,000 square feet of the redeveloped specialty retail core of the property above lululemon.
