Singapore-based coworking operator JustCo has expanded into the Sydney market for the first time.
The firm will take over 4,200 square meters in Dexus’ refurbished Pitt Street tower location as the company looks to double its regional footprint.
“JustCo was attracted to 175 Pitt Street’s central location, close to the CBD’s major retail and dining precincts, and the recently completed building upgrade,” said Lukas Kaz of CBRE’s Tenant Representation team.
Just last month, JustCo signed a four-story lease in Deka-Immobilien Global’s William Street office tower in Melbourne.
Now, the company is in talks to secure a second Melbourne location on Flinders Street, looking at another site in Sydney, and is negotiating three other sites in the area.
Overall, JustCo has been expanding across Asia Pacific and is the largest flexible office provider in Southeast Asia.
