Denver’s boutique office property Trinity Place has been sold for $40.2 million to Chicago-based Novel Coworking. The 195,753 square feet, 17-story building is located on 1801 Broadway in Uptown and is currently 65% leased.
“Trinity Place was a very active marketing process with tremendous interest from real estate investors,” said Peter Merrion of HFF, who represented the seller in the deal. “The property’s boutique, value-add profile and dynamic Uptown location had a wide appeal.”
