WeWork has once again made their presence known in the biggest city in the nation — this time in a grand gesture. The company has signed a deal to take up 45,000 square feet at 1410 Broadway in Times Square.
The We Company will occupy space on the eighth, ninth and 16th floors of the 34-story building, with plans to open over the summer.
Currently, WeWork is Manhattan’s largest office tenant and continues to expand its footprint, having signed leases in the Financial District and on West 45th Street near Times Square.
