WeWork has signed a lease for another Midtown Atlanta location in a 29-story, mixed-used building on Peachtree Street.
The coworking operator will take up 40,000 square feet across four floors, gain rooftop access, and create 680 new desks for members.
The almost-completed building will also offer 300 apartments and 11,000 square feet of retail space.
Now, WeWork operates nine locations across Atlanta, including its 103,000 square foot Marietta Street tower location that will be able to house over 1,000 office workers in downtown.
