Hospitality company Accor has announced it will bring its coworking services to 1,200 of its locations over the course of three years. If this goal is met, it will become the largest coworking venture in Europe.
The company has been expanding its hospitable services in many ways, such as its partnership with real estate developer Bouygues Immobilier to invest into Wojo, which will roll out 1,000 Wojo locations throughout several Accor properties.
“A few years ago, we recognized that our customers were looking for more than just a hotel room – they were looking to create new experiences,” said Franck Gervais, Accor’s CEO Europe.
Wojo will also be launching two new products to be used in Accor hotels: Wojo Spot, which provides space in common areas in hotels and Wojo Corners, which allows for more privacy in larger spaces.
