Just as WeWork inches closer to its highly anticipated IPO, it has signed two new deals to take up 200,000 square feet of office space in Washington D.C. and New York City.
Now, the companyโs already huge presence in the nationโs capital will grow by 111,000 square feet at 200 Massachusetts Avenue that stretches across three floors and will be the companyโs second largest workspace in the area.
This news came just a day after WeWork announced its first revenue sharing agreement in New York City with RXR Realty to manage 90,000 square feet at 75 Rockefeller Plaza. The construction has begun and is expected to finish up by the third quarter of this year.
While this is the companyโs first revenue sharing agreement in its homebase of New York, it has similar arrangements at other locations such as Brazile, London, and China.
