Coworking giant WeWork announced that it has plans to open a coding school in San Francisco that will refund students’ tuition if they fail to get jobs.
The Flatiron School in San Francisco will open at WeWork’s 995 Market Street location and later move to a permanent location when WeWork opens its 1455 Market Street location, just a few blocks away.
WeWork has expanded its business focus into education, co-living, retail, and fitness with its offerings WeGrow, WeLive, and Rise by We. The coworking giant bought Flatiron School in 2017 and the school currently has locations in the U.S. and in London.
