ALX Community will Open a 25,000 Sq Ft Coworking Space in Old Town Alexandria

Alexandria-based coworking company, ALX Community,  announced it will open a second location in October. The new space will take up a total of 25,000 square feet of a fully leased building that was recently acquired by Boundary Cos. The new coworking location will be three times the size of ALX Community first location in North Lee Street, which opened in April of last year.

The new location will be  located in a historic area along the Old Town Alexandria waterfront and it will feature a mix of private and shared workspace areas, as well as a 5,000 square feet conference center. ALX Community hired BLDG as the architect and Gage Construction as a contractor. The new location will feature a separate wing where it will have 8 of its total private offices.
