Chicago-based coworking firm Novel Coworking has bought out an entire Miami office building. The 63,240 square foot building was purchased for $20.62 million.
The four-story office building was built in Miamiโs Edgewater in 1965. Novel Coworking plans to transform the space to include a coworking space, private areas, courtyard, kitchen, conference room, and espresso bar and pub.

The companyโs first Florida location in Orlando is expected to open in September.
