Dallas-based company Common Desk has announced two “experiential” shared workspaces in Austin. The first is a 17,000 square foot space on West Anderson Lane in North Austin, and the second, opening later this year, will be located within the Littlefield Building.
The company currently has eight locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area that offers traditional coworking services, as well as standout amenities such as its own roasting company Fiction Coffee.
“Though coworking is already prevalent in Austin, Common Desk is entering the market to provide Austin professionals a truly elevated experience with the amenities we’re dropping in, our incredible staff, and our Texas-sized offices,” said CEO Nick Clark.
The Littlefield Building location will take over the top two floors of the city’s oldest office building and maintain the historic feel of the structure. It will also have a greenhouse meeting space, cocktail lounge, two shared kitchen areas, as well as wellness and mothers’ rooms.
