Dallas-based coworking operator Common Desk is opening a 52,000 square foot location in downtown Dallas. The coworking brand will take up the seventh and eighth floors of the 50-story high-rise Trammell Crow Center office Tower.
The Trammell Crow Center recently went through a $140 million redevelopment project. The tower will now include retail space and additional parking. Common Desk is part of the renovation project and it is working with Dallas’ Stream Realty Partners to find tenants for its new location.
