Today’s medical field is not like it once was — many young doctors are coming into their careers with a load of debt and diminishing reimbursement rates.
Clinicube is a medical coworking firm that is attempting to combat that by providing young doctors with a cheaper solution to typical private practices.
The New York clinic allows millennial doctors to have a workspace without the financial burden of owning their own business and dealing with administrative issues.
“Starting a private practice can be a daunting task that requires heavy financial commitment. Some people end up in serious debt while other businesses just fold up,” said Noam Sadovnik, founder. “Even worse, when having to deal with the stress from the financial side of the operation, many physicians neglect what matters most: the patients. And if you can’t form a bond with your patients, what’s the point of a private practice anyway?”
The firm just opened its second New York location and has recently partnered with sports medicine clinic Launchlift to offer patients physical therapists and a full medical team.
