Servcorp Announces Largest Shared Workspace In The Middle East

Servcorp Business’s newest location in Riyadh will be the largest shared workspace in the Middle East, taking up 29,000 square feet of a building with high tech solutions. It is expected to open in July.

“These investments are exciting news for Servcorp and are being met by the growing demand for flexible workspace fully integrated with technology and services, from large corporate occupiers, SMEs and entrepreneurs,” said David Godchaux, CEO of Servcorp EMEIA.

Godchaux also said that clients will have access to Servcorp’s ecosystem of locations in the area that provide desks, well-appointed offices, and networking opportunities with entrepreneurs and potential investors.

Servcorp will continue investing in A grade locations rather than offering the cheapest solutions on the market in order to provide the latest technologies and services.
