Since expanding to Los Angeles last February, New York-based flexible office provider Knotel has signed six new lease agreements with landlords in the area.

These agreements include a 30,000 square foot office lease at the Marina Business Center in Marina Del Rey.

Additionally, the firm has signed agreements for 14 other locations across the city that total over 100,000 square feet.

“With Los Angeles’ surge in office leasing and employment activity in recent years, enterprise companies need flexible workplace solutions to support a diverse range of business objectives,” said Eugene Lee, Knotel Chief Investment Officer.

Now, the company has announced plans to continue its expansion into other major markets in the U.S., including Boston.
