UK-based flexible workspace provider The Office Group has added 83,000 square feet of space to its portfolio after acquiring two London buildings.
The 36,000 square foot Liberty House building on Regent Street and 47,000 square foot Media Village building on Great Titchfield Street brought the firm’s footprint to 43 buildings in London.
Both locations are expected to open mid-2020 after a comprehensive refurbishment.
“Liberty House kind of does all the work for us, given how beautiful it is and its prominence, and The Media Village will be completely repositioned to create an outstanding place to work,” said Charlie Green, Co-CEO at The Office Group.
