Coworking operator Venture X will take up an entire floor at Bright Realty’s Offices at The Realm, a $1.5 billion mixed-use development in Lewisville, Texas just outside of Dallas.
The coworking firm signed an 11-year lease to take up 30,000 square feet of the building to create a shared workspace community.
Offices at the Realm will also feature 16,000 square feet of ground-level retail space, as well as other amenities such as a fitness facility, conference center, and access to Crescent Park.
