WeWork signed a lease transaction with Lerner Enterprises for a 61,525 square foot location in the Washington DC metropolitan area. WeWork’s will expand its Washington DC footprint by occupying two floors (11th and 12th) of the 1775 Tysons Blvd. at Tysons II building.
WeWork has been part of the Tysons market since 2016, when it took three floors spanning 92,500 square feet of the LEED Platinum building. The recent deal will bring the building to 100% occupancy.
Sallie Mae and Alpha Corp., and Steward Partners Holdings also inked deals with Lerner Enterprises.
