Convene has emerged as triumphant in the race to sign a deal with an under-construction London skyscraper.
The company signed a 100,000 square foot lease at 22 Bishopsgate in the city, marking the firm’s first international location.
The lease will provide Convene with 50,000 square feet of space across two floors for meetings and conferences, and another 50,000 square feet for its flexible workspace brand WorkPlace.
According to CEO Ryan Simonetti, Knotel, WeWork, and The Office Group were also in the running for this location.
The 1.3 million square foot tower will be filled with numerous amenities, such as a rock-climbing wall and a lobby/art gallery hybrid.
