As coworking spaces continue to change how we perceive offices, more and more operators are finding niche markets to tap into. One of the most prominent of these niche coworking spaces are ones geared towards working parents.
For example, Toronto-based firm Kids & Company offers a coworking space that is attached to a daycare. It differs from other parent-geared spaces as it is the child’s enrollment that grants members access to the space.
Kids & Company is perfect for parents who may not need a coworking space on the regular, but enjoy having the flexibility to work near their kids.
The space offers numerous services for children and families such as organic meals, nursing rooms and a French program.
The company’s new location in Boston’s seaport will be the first coworking space within a daycare in the U.S.
