IWG is reportedly considering selling its Canadian operations, including its Regus and Spaces brands.
The operator is in talks with investment banks to sell the rights to open new locations under those brands, with IWG keeping a cut of the revenue.
The company made a similar transaction with TKP Corporation this year, selling their Japanese business for £320 million and the rights to use its brands across Japan. Currently, IWG has 3 million square feet of office space across 133 locations in Canada.
Just last month, the company said that it is selling its operations and signing franchise agreements in order to capitalize on the growth in demand for flexible offices.
