India’s coworking office market has boomed over the past few years. To accommodate the growth in demand, real estate advisor Savills PLC is launching its own flexible workspace platform.
“The platform aggregates all the available flexible work space or coworking space in a market and then allows the occupiers to select the right space,” said J Mark Ridley, global chief executive officer of Savills.
The platform will help corporate clients, startups and freelancers to easily find the best flexible workspace across India.
Additionally, Savills is gearing up to launch an international desk in India part of its residential business, offering properties from across the world for high-net-worth individuals.
