Miami, FL (October 1, 2019) –Seritage Growth Properties, a national retail and mixed-use developer, today announced its continuing partnership with premium flexible workspace provider Industrious, for a new location at Esplanade at Aventura, South Florida’s highly anticipated open-air shopping, dining and entertainment destination. Industrious will occupy nearly 30,000 square-feet in Aventura, FL, as part of an initial partnership for five locations between Seritage and Industrious.

Industrious Esplanade at Aventura will feature shared workplaces and private offices for teams of various sizes. Known for its professional atmosphere, Industrious offers its members thoughtfully-designed workspaces intended to increase productivity; all-inclusive amenities including Wi-Fi, a fully-stocked cafe with breakfast served daily, and networking events and programming; and access to its vast national network. The location is expected to be open for business in Q2 2020.

Esplanade at Aventura is designed by SB Architects, the Rockwell Group, and Wet Design, and will include among its dining and entertainment collection: The Loyal, by Michelin-starred chef John Fraser; Jarana, by Peruvian culinary ambassador, Chef Gaston Acurio, in addition to, Joey Restaurant, and Pinstripes, an experiential entertainment concept with bowling and bocce.
As part of the partnership, Seritage and Industrious previously announced plans for a location at The Collection at UTC in La Jolla, CA. Around the country, past and present Industrious members include: Compass, Heineken, Humana, Lyft, Pandora, Pinterest, and Zillow. Industrious currently has over 85 locations across more than 45 U.S. cities.
