Flexible workspace specialist Workspace Group has sold its Quality Court office building off Chancery Lane in London for £15.8 million.

The Grade II building consists of 17,000 square feet of net lettable space across five floors. The deal represents a 3% premium on its September valuation.

“We are pleased to have made this sale of a small office building at a premium to book value, providing capital to recycle into our project pipeline and new acquisitions,” said Graham Clemett, CEO of Workspace Group.
