Roseate Hotels & Resorts, which is owned and operated by the Bird Group, has announced it will open its first coworking space at one of its properties in New Delhi.
The company’s coworking branch, coined Upstage Club, will take up 30,000 square feet and offer over 100 desks for companies.
This follows the growing trend of hospitality companies entering the coworking market. Ankur Bhatia, the owner of the Bird Group, said Upstage Club will host a number of facilities unseen at typical coworking spaces in India. He added that they have already partnered with several business heads for the new coworking space.
Currently, Bird Group owns and operates three hotels in India and three more in the UK.
