Novel To Close Out 2019 On A High Note

Novel Coworking hosted a Grand Opening Party for its acquired office building located in San Jose on December 5.

The new location is part of the company’s Q4 expansion that has included new locations in Denver and the purchase of a downtown Columbia, South Carolina building.

This expansion will build upon its very strong finish to 2019 and in Q1 of 2020, it will open three new locations in Milwaukee, Phoenix and Norfolk, Virginia.

“We aim to further our footprint in cities throughout the US by providing beautiful, affordable and alternative office space options to businesses large and small,” said Bill Bennett, Founder and CEO of Novel. “Our rapid growth in the past two years proves the demand for our product as a desirable alternative to the traditional office lease.”

According to Bennett, the company expects to have 50 locations by the end of 2020, a 194% growth since 2018.
