CBRE’s coworking brand Hana has opened its second U.S. location in Irvine that will cater to small startups, mid-tier companies and large enterprises.
The 62,000 square foot space is located at LBA Realty’s Park Place office campus in Orange County.
“This is a result of demand,” said Brian Harrington, CBRE Chief Experience Officer for Hana. “More and more of these companies are looking for a solution that we are offering. That’s why we came.”
CBRE opened its first Hana location at the PwC Tower in Dallas and has also signed a lease with JBG Smith to take up 39,000 square feet in Arlington’s Crystal City neighborhood just outside of Washington D.c.
Harrington said that the company has plans to open new locations in the top 25 markets in the U.S. and the U.K.
“We are focused on expanding the Hana brand: high-quality, sophisticated, comfortable and a lot of thoughtfulness in the design,” said Harrington. “In these units, we’re focused on creating the types of environment attracted by the employees of these types of companies and help them achieve a fantastic workday, every day.”
