New York-based serviced office provider Knotel has signed two new leases for properties in Dublin.
The new locations include 8,785 square feet at the Bloodstone Building and 8,666 square feet at Ashford House, bringing the company’s total footprint in Dublin to 25,435 square feet.
San Francisco-based cloud and internet intelligence company ThousandEyes has also signed on to be a client at Knotel’s first Dublin location in Riverview House.
“Many enterprise customers from across a number of our markets have enquired about Knotel’s offering in Dublin,” said Frank Zorn, head of European expansion at Knotel. “Our entry to the Irish market is based upon customer demand, and the growing maturity of Dublin’s commercial real estate market.”
In the past year, Knotel has also expanded into Los Angeles, Paris, Boston, Frankfurt, Washington D.C. and Amsterdam.
