Novel Coworking To Open Its First New York Location

Novel Coworking has revealed that it will transform 69 State Street, a 17-story building in Albany, into coworking spaces. 

“Located at Albany’s iconic center and just two blocks from the New York State Capitol, the building is an ideal location for a coworking center that will fuel downtown Albany’s job growth and expanding economic opportunities,” said Bill Bennett, Novel Coworking’s founder.

The 165,649 square foot building is currently home to the oldest continuously operating bank branch in the United States.

This location will be the coworking company’s first location in the state of New York.
