Colorado-based coworking franchisor Office Evolution will open its third Houston location in the Energy Corridor and will be operated by Johnny and Faith Goff and Carey and Kerri Rigsby.
The husband-and-wife teams have signed a development deal for two locations in the city, starting with the Energy Corridor location.
The office is expected to open in May and will span 12,113 square feet with private offices, conference rooms, phone-answering and mail services, as well as shared workspaces.
Currently, Office Evolution has 64 locations across 23 states and 80 more in the works. It has also signed two different franchisees in Austin for five locations in Austin as it continues to expand its Texas footprint.
