January 2020 – (Lexington, KY) Flexible workspace management firm, Workspace Strategies, announced this week that it has recently been contracted to manage two coworking spaces in Columbus, Ohio. Workspace Strategies will now manage Versa’s Grandview and Arena District locations.

Versa offers a variety of memberships, with offerings ranging from private offices and dedicated desks to coworking, and virtual memberships. Both locations also provide great options for event space, as well as a range of meeting rooms suited from 4 up to 12 people.
Columbus’ office market is expected to grow even more this year. According to CBRE data, the Columbus office market posted positive net absorption during the third quarter of 2019, with over 800,000 square feet of lease activity completed during this period.
CBRE also reported that almost half of the square footage leased was in the downtown submarket. This submarket has shown strong leasing activity over the last few quarters and this is expected to continue as there are over 100,000 square feet of new office space under construction. 80% of which has already been pre-leased.
This highlights the strong demand for quality office space in and around Columbus. Many of this year’s major projects will remain in the center city, including downtown, Franklinton, and the Arena District. As for Grandview, new inventory recently entered the area with the completion of the former Grandview Mercantile building, making it a desirable location for businesses and professionals.
