Combining The Gym And Work Could Be The Key To Success

Life Time health club offers a unique experience for members. The space provides people with the opportunity to, not only get a great workout in, but also rent out office space at Life Time Work.

The trend of combining shared workspaces with fitness facilities is growing. For example, coworking operator Industrious is locating their offices in the same buildings as health clubs.

The pair are a match made in heaven as both industries continue to flourish. Shared workspaces grew by 200% in the past five years, while health club industry revenues have grown to $33 billion. Still, while almost half of American adults pay for some sort of gym memberships, many rarely ever use them.

Combining the ability to get ahead on a work project right before or after a workout might just be the motivation some people need to make the most out of their memberships.
