Working From_Southwark is situated on floors 7-12 of The Hoxton, Southwark, which opened in September 2019. Designed by Ennismore Design Studio, Working From_Southwark caters to all working styles and moods, and is perfect for those who can’t stand gloomy offices or dull working environments.
The five floors are flooded with natural light, with every floor boasting floor-to-ceiling windows, offering not only great views of the city but making it one of the most bright and airy spaces to work in the city. Library desks, ergonomic chairs, and comfy armchairs in cosy corners make for productive days, whilst beautiful custom-designed daybeds are perfect for those who work better horizontal!

The Hoxton has always been about offering more than just a bed for the night and Working From_ strives to be more than just a shared workspace, and allows members to benefit from being within The Hoxton, Southwark. Member benefits include “mates rates” for bedrooms and restaurants across all Hoxtons globally (a savvy perk for regular travellers!), free duvet days that offer day-use of The Hoxton, Southwark rooms for those who just need to work from bed, and a deadline hotline where, if available, members who are burning the midnight oil can score a hotel room for just £25.

Those with furry work friends are catered for as Working From_Southwark is pet friendly — and even has its own office dog, Champ!
