Flexible workspace company Industrious has announced plans to open a 100,000 square foot facility at One Penn Plaza in New York City.
The space will be split between 80,000 square feet of flexible office space and 20,000 square feet of conference and event space across the first three floors of the 57-story tower.
Industrious is partnering with Vornado Realty Trust, who owns the building, to share profits as opposed to signing a traditional lease.
The flexible office has also recently signed management agreements to take up space at Carnegie Hall Tower and at 135 West 50th Street.
