Industrious To Open First Phoenix Location

Industrious has announced it has signed a lease to open its first Phoenix location this fall, where it will take up 30,000 square feet across two floors of an 18-story building.

The 262,000 square foot Monroe building is located in downtown Phoenix and features amenities such as bicycle storage, a fitness center, a conference and training facility, a lounge, cafe and coffee shop.

“Industrious has witnessed strong traction across greater Phoenix and is excited to be expanding into city proper,” said Justin Stewart, Industrious President. “Our existing members have been asking for a downtown location since we opened up our first Scottsdale location; there is a certain prestige that comes with having that address. That, coupled with the fact that Phoenix has a healthy, growing economy, makes Industrious proud to be adding a location here, and we look forward to serving our newest members.”
