Hana, the flexible workspace brand of CBRE, has signed a lease to take up space at Fore Partnership’s Windmill Green office building in Manchester city center.
Hana will take up 26,000 square feet of space which will span half of the ground floor, as well as the entire first and second floors. This location will be Hana’s first outside of London.
Windmill Green was developed with an emphasis on sustainability and wellbeing and was the first multi-let office in Manchester to receive Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method’s (BREEAM) ‘outstanding’ rating.
Hana’s business model partners with landlords to develop and operate flexible workspaces, featuring office suites called Hana Team, conference and events spaces called Hana Meet and coworking areas called Hana Share.
