Shared workspace provider Venture X has acquired three Serendipity Labs properties across North Carolina and South Carolina.
The rebranding of these locations in Durham, North Carolina; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Charleston, South Carolina will take place under the leadership of Venture X Durham-Frontier RTP franchise owner Tyler Evans.
“Two of the acquired locations are currently occupied with tenants looking for flexibility, networking opportunities, and ways to increase productivity – the exact environment that Venture X provides, while the third location is slated to open in April 2020,” said Evans. “We are excited to be part of such an innovative space conversion with Venture X, and to further its expansion in these regions.”
The news of this expansion brings the company’s footprint to nearly half million square feet, according to Jason Anderson, President of Venture X.
