COhatch Coworking Takes Over Former Mall Restaurant Space

COhatch, a coworking brand with six locations in Ohio with four more on the way, plans to take over a former restaurant at Circle Centre Mall in downtown Indianapolis.

The space was previously leased by Granite City Food & Brewery before it closed in August 2019 amid financial problems.

According to plans, COhatch is renovating 9,580 square feet on the ground floor for coworking, office space and a bar area.

COhatch was co-founded by Matt Davis in Worthington, Ohio, in 2016.
